At DSG, we strongly believe that our employee owners can positively impact the communities we serve. As a responsible corporate citizens, we encourage volunteering for causes and organizations that aim to improve people's lives. Eligible employee-owners are granted 8 hours of volunteer time per year for a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, of their choosing, during regular business hours. We acknowledge that participating in volunteer work can enhance the well-being of our employee owners.
