 How Our On-Site Trailers Work

We identify your
project needs

First, we meet with you to briefly discuss the scope of your project. We’ll find out what products you need and confirm your job site location.

We order your products

Next, we’ll choose the right trailer size for your project and order the products you specified. We then load and organize the trailer, double-checking items and quantities to make sure you have everything you need.

We deliver the trailer

After the trailer is stocked, you can pick it up at your local DSG branch and an employee owner will show you and your team where to find all your products. They will also give you a receiver hitch lock to secure your product and the trailer, which must be used at all times.

We replenish your
inventory

If you need more materials, we’ll come and restock the trailer for you. Just place an order with us on dsgsupply.com, by phone, or by using our VMI program in the DSG app.

We pick up your trailer

Finally, when you’re finished with the trailer, either drop it off at your local branch or contact us to retrieve it from your job site. Please note that we need 48 hours advance notice for pickup.

Trailer rental period

After stocking your trailer, we’ll meet with you once again at your local DSG branch to complete paperwork and confirm your rental period. Our trailers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are signed out per job.
