A Counter Sales Associate engages customers with expert product knowledge, efficiently handles transactions, and ensures a welcoming and organized customer experience.
Inside Sales associates are responsible for writing orders, taking calls, preparing project bids and providing overall customer service.
Outside Sales Associates actively promote DSG products and services to both contractors and industrial accounts, negotiate contracts and bids, resolve customer questions, and assure customer satisfaction to build a strong business relationship.
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) leads the planning, directing and monitoring of sales activities for their region. The RSM is responsible for developing our regional sales team to achieve sales and gross margin objectives, while driving constant improvement in customer experience.
