The finance department manages DSG’s financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring financial success! It also handles financial reporting, analysis, and investment decisions to support the company's strategic goals.
DSG’s IT department is responsible for managing and maintaining our technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks. It ensures data security, provides technical support, and implements new technology solutions to enhance our operations and efficiency.
DSG’s HR department is dedicated to supporting employees through recruitment, hiring, training, and benefits! It also promotes a positive workplace culture, manages employee relations, and ensures compliance with laws to help DSG thrive.
The Sales and Marketing department focuses on understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, and generating sales to drive revenue growth! It creates and implements marketing strategies, builds strong customer relationships, and analyzes market trends to enhance our company’s visibility and competitiveness.
Often unnoticed and acting behind the scenes, our operations team is the heartbeat of DSG. From purchasing to pricing, logistics to facilities development, each member within operations plays a role in creating and maintaining a smooth and efficient functioning of the supply chain. The operations team is also home to DSG’s segment and general managers.
